Just a quick post to say thanks for all your kind thoughts for my Dad. Although we don’t have any real “diagnosis” yet, he is showing signs of improvement.
No runs (or any other exercise for that matter) for me, but I am getting to know the Melbourne-Geelong Road pretty well – not that I didn’t already!
BTW, did you all see Em had a letter published in the latest R4YL mag!
