Okay – time for a whinge;
- Haven’t run since Puffing Billy
- No exercise at all Monday or Tuesday
- Work is stressing me out generally, and I haven’t even started the new job yet
- Lots of people off work sick – and I’m actually wishing I’d get sick so I could take some time off
- My “home workout” tonight didn’t help, just made me feel worse – the exercise bike shits me and doing weights and stuff seems to stress me more – I need a run
I’m not sure if 3 is causing 1 & 2 or vice versa, but I am afraid that I am going to let things get me down and it is going to stop me looking after myself (exercise and diet wise) – gotta be strong – please send me some positive vibes!
