The exercise day started with a run at 6:45am from work with Deb, around our usual 8km loop. Very cold, but at least it didn’t rain.
Work was, well …. just work.
The evening exercise was an even colder bike ride. I went out, telling myself it would just be a short ride because rain was threatening, but I rode through a couple of showers and managed just over 20km before it got too dark to be safe.
