I’ve had a similar experience listening to albums that I liked 40 years ago as a teenager (Chicago II, Three Dog Night, etc.) — as one song ends, I know exactly what song will be next. But, if I’m not listening to the album, I would have no clue. I suspect that it has to do with multiple “sensory” inputs 40 years ago — hearing, often being in a significant context (at a friend’s house, for instance), and emotions. — plus the fact that I probably actually listened to the albums. Now, I’m usually doing something else while an album is playing (multi-tasking) and not really paying attention to the album.

me too me too.salads that is. I said to stu tonight i would be HAPPY to eat salads every night til the end of summer. he just looks at me and tells me im a BIG exaggerator, but i actually meant it. gotta love a salad…
ahough a salad doesnt fill me up(im a bit of a greedy guts), i do need meat or something with it

umm andrew..is that the pace you ran including walks? also it is a LOT faster than you have been running you know!!!!!!!!!!!! dont put yourself down, you run wellAND you run consistently
..and ummmmm if i do run 4 the kids next year, we’re running together!

i couldnt even count how many falls ive had, on or off a bike! any fall you walk away from is a good fall-thats my philosophy(sad that i have to have a philosophy on falling..
