My goals for 2007 are;
- To run at least 2007 kms
As the chart above shows I missed this goal with a huge fade-out at the end of the year.
- To swim, gym and bike more regularly than in 2006
No problems with the bike, but failed on the swim and the gym.
- To complete a half marathon in 1:45:00 or less
Successfully achieved at RunToTheG HM, June 17th, official time of 1:43:35
- To complete my first marathon
Finished the Melbourne Marathon on October 7th
- To complete more races than I did in 2006 (seven)
Achieved, ten completed
- To compete in the Sydney City To Surf
This one will not be done this year, postpone to 2008
- To keep my weight under 75kg
Successfully managed my weight and stayed under 75kg the whole year.
- To keep my BF% under 15%
Up and down a bit during the year but was under (14.7%) at the last official weigh in of the year.
