Back to the grind …

32 voice messages, hundreds of emails, a few new challenges … a pretty normal return to work after a holiday.

A tough loss at sandball after work too, lost all three games but it was a scrap, 15-9, 17-15, 19-17.

Alyssa has a cross-country race on Thursday and wanted a hit out, so we went for a short, fastish run after I got home, only 2.5km @ 4:44 min/km. I was stonkered afterwards, I can’t believe I ran the R4TK at roughly this pace last year, this years won’t be anywhere near that speed!

    It’s understandable to be a bit slower after all the injury problems 🙂 But hey, if you run the course slower, you get more value for your money!

    its hard to imagine running 14.7km at that pace isnt it 🙂
