A busy Saturday …

I needn’t have stressed too much about the weigh-in this morning, the “not eating much while not exercising” this week worked okay and I came in 900g under goal weight at 74.1kg.

This mornings trip to the Vic Market was great as we met friends Kerry & Herb there and shopped with them and then had an extra long gas-bag over coffee. Then some more supermarket shopping to make up for all the shopping we didn’t do while Adrienne was away last week. A trip to Bunnings was next to pick up some odds and ends for a couple of jobs that need doing at Adrienne’s mum’s place (we are heading down there tomorrow).

We spent the afternoon cooking (well Adrienne cooked, and I dish-pigged mainly) as Adrienne is probably spending more days with her mum next week, so she cooked up a few meals to freeze and take down with her.

No exercise again today – as per Dr K’s instructions I can start running and riding tomorrow, and am planning an early ride with some workmates down Beach Rd.

Today also marks the end of three alcohol free weeks – may as well go for the month eh?

No way- time to celebrate by having a glass of big fat red wine- I am finishing off a bottle of Hardy’s Oomoo right now!
