It will probably be an automatic reaction tonight to turn the TV over onto SBS at 10pm, but the Tour won’t be there will it! Normal sleep patterns can resume!

Great to see Lance up on the podium again to celebrate Team Radioshack’s win in the team classification!

Also good to see him still fighting to publicise his Livestrong foundations fight against cancer. At the start of yesterdays final stage, the peleton were forced to wait, as Team Radioshack were forced by race organisers to change back into their standard race jerseys. They wanted to wear special black jerseys bearing the number 28 (referring to the estimated 28 million people currently suffering from cancer), but this was against race rules.

Here’s a picture of me just approaching the finish line in the 5km Run Melbourne race.

A 23km ride tonight, in just under 52 minutes.

Wow you are speedy on the bike! Those hours in front of Le Tour have certainly paid off.
