Blah …

It’s been a pretty blah day, so this is going to be short.

The day started with an early meeting from home and will end at 2am tonight (sorry, tomorrow morning) with another one.

Heavy rain and other circumstances pretty much put an end to any hopes of destressing with some outside cardio.

A short home workout after tea at least put an entry into the training journal, but I am pretty much assured now of not meeting my exercise goal this week. Oh well, they say you should have “rest weeks” every now and then.

    I had a great day today 😀

    Gym in the morning and a run at lunchtime in the warm sunshine.

    Tomorrow will be a better, if wetter, day!!
