Pub or exercise? Ok, pub it is!

Not a really hard decision tonight. And it was great sitting in the pub with the crew from work after a hard week. Such a cold and rainy day outside, so the usual beers made way for a bottle of red. Really nice!

To answer Sharon’s question, if the running goals go as planned for 2011, it would probably be Run For The Kids (April?), Run Melbourne HM (July) and Melbourne Marathon (October). Fingers crossed.

Em, HC climbs eh? I know you were joking, but maybe that would be an interesting idea. Mix in at least some hills during every ride when riding the kilometers of a mountain stage. Worth thinking about.
