Sore quads and a small blister …

Just a quick check in today, not too much to report.

Decided to rest up a bit today due to sore quads and a small blister on my big toe, just a home workout concentrating on stretching, self massage with both the foam roller and “The Stick” and some core exercises and a few free weights.

Running with Alex tomorrow morning, hopefully he will be treating it like a recovery run like me.
