December goals …

After a month that has pretty much guaranteed I will miss most of my exercise goals for 2011, maybe it is time to finish the year off strongly and at least set some goals.

So, my goals for December are;

  • to get back into my home workout routine and at least meet my 12 workout / 6 hour goal for the month
  • to cycle at least 490km (that will give me 5,500km for the year)
  • to not drink beer and wine on the same night (one or the other, or none)
  • to cut out the lollies

    I love how you keep setting goals for yourself to stay on track. Sounds like you are going to finish the year strong!
