Today is my son Chris’ birthday. It is great to see your kids growing up into wonderful adults, makes you feel very proud, but also very old, makes you wonder where all those years have gone!

Um, no, he doesn’t even barrack for Hawthorn. But I must admit, since he’s been working out recently he is looking “in shape” like a footballer.
