My Workout

These are the exercises I have chosen for my home workout for 2008, hopefully a good mixture of upper body, lower body and core exercises. My goal is to do this workout at least twice a week on average for the year.

  3. Pushups (Standard)
  4. Sit-Ups
  5. Dumbell Chest Press on Swiss Ball
  6. Lunges (Stationary)
  7. Pushups (Negative)
  8. The Bridge
  9. Dumbell Bicep Curls
  10. Side Leg Lifts (Outer)
  11. Side Leg Lifts (Inner)
  12. The Tripod
  13. Crunches
  14. Dumbell Upright Rows
  15. Oblique Bridge
  16. Wall Sits
  17. Reverse Curls
  18. Exercise Band Arm Flys
  19. Hamstring Curls on Swiss Ball
  20. French (Triceps) Press
